Fill out the bid registration form and mail or fax to Bid As Is along with a photo copy of your driver license or state ID. We must have your form at least 24 hours prior to the date of the auction in order to assign your bidding number. Our office is closed on the weekends so applications will be processed only Monday through Friday.

If you are an Agent bringing a buyer you are entitled to receive a commission when your buyer is the successful bidder. Use the "Agent's Registering Buyer" above to register your buyer for auctions. If your buyer should also employ you to bid on a property in his/her behalf please also provide a copy of the bid registration form at the left along with a Power of Attorney to that effect.
